Windows Xp How To Change Root Password Reboot Forgot

i have a windows xp computer and i dont remember what my password is not i have no idea what the administrotor password is. when i bought the laptop, it never asked me for administrator login, i usually just use my own login, but i forgot and now i can't get in my computer to install your script on my web server.

do you know how i can retrieve my forgotten windows xp password.

i really dont want to call dell, they charge like $200 dollars to troubleshoot
